From acute injuries to long-standing pain, if it affects how you move, work or sleep, there is usually something we can do about it.
Most people arrive knowing where it hurts, not what is wrong. That is entirely normal, identifying the cause is our job and it is what the first assessment is for.
Your clinician takes a full history, assesses how you move and explains what they find in plain language. If physiotherapy is not the right answer, we will say so and point you toward what is, whether that is another discipline here, your doctor or imaging.
Physiotherapy is not for emergencies. Seek immediate medical attention for severe trauma, chest pain, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control or a rapidly worsening headache after a head injury.
A guide, not a complete list. If what you are dealing with is not here, call us, chances are we can still help.
Spinal pain is the most common reason people come to see us and it responds well to hands-on treatment paired with the right exercise.
From shoulders to feet, joint pain usually has a mechanical cause worth finding before it is managed with rest alone.
Headaches, jaw pain and dizziness are frequently linked to the neck and inner ear and both are very treatable.
Whether the injury happened at work, on the field or in traffic, structured rehabilitation gets you back faster and more safely.
Pelvic health concerns are far more common than most people realise and far more treatable than most people expect. Care is private, unhurried and led by clinicians with specific training in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Internal assessment is always optional and nothing happens without your consent.
ICBC and WorkSafeBC both fund treatment and you do not need a doctor’s referral to start. We bill approved visits directly and handle the reporting so you can focus on recovering.
After a motor vehicle accident. Pre-approved visits, no referral needed and direct billing to ICBC.
After a workplace injury. Treatment and structured return-to-work support, coordinated with your claim.
Book an assessment and get a clear explanation, a plan and a realistic idea of how long recovery should take.
