Treatment for accepted workplace injury claims is billed to WorkSafeBC. Bring your claim number to your assessment.
Coverage varies considerably between plans. Before your first visit it helps to check three things with your insurer: how much you are covered for per visit, your annual maximum and whether your plan requires a physician referral. Our team is happy to help you interpret what you find.

For most extended health plans and for ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims, no referral is needed. Some individual insurance policies do require one so it is worth checking your plan.
We accept insurance with direct billing available for most plans (coverage may vary), cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and New Ray Physiotherapy and Health Clinic gift cards.
We ask for as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. These fees cannot be billed to extended health insurers, ICBC or WorkSafeBC, and will be charged to the card on file.
The Medical Services Plan provides limited coverage for physiotherapy for patients who qualify for supplementary benefits. Contact the clinic to discuss whether this applies to you.
